The Canadian Coatings Conference is the leading source for tracking and addressing regulatory developments impacting the Coatings, Adhesives, Sealants, and Elastomers (CASE) industry in Canada. Hosted by the Canadian Paint and Coatings Association (CPCA) our mandate is to advocate for fair regulations that are evidence-based, rooted in science, and take into consideration impacts on industry, the environment, and the economy.
The Canadian Coatings Conference is the cornerstone event to attend with presentations from experts across North America specializing in Chemical formulation, Research and Development, Coatings Technology, and Economic and Market Research. Focused on providing the latest scientific findings, technology innovations, and leading industry best practices in green chemistry and sustainable development those working in the CASE industry are equipped with the information needed to navigate Canada’s ever-evolving regulatory landscape.
The Conference is held over the course of one and a half days, beginning on Wednesday where CPCA will convene with its Board of Directors Meeting in the afternoon, followed by a Welcome Reception for all guests in the evening. The following day begins with a breakfast taken at guests’ leisure, with plenary sessions starting at 9:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. Lunch is served from noon until 1:00 p.m. The event is capped with CPCA’s Annual Chair Awards Dinner where attendees enjoy a three-course table d’hôte dinner among colleagues and friends.
CPCA looks forward to welcoming all guests this year at the beautiful Marriott Halifax Harbourfront in Halifax, NovaScotia, where guests will be surrounded by the historic charm and the best Halifax has to offer in culinary delights.
