CPCA's Scholarship Program

CPCA values education — for our members, and the upcoming generation of chemists, paint formulators, and business leaders. Our Scholarship Program which is offered to members in Canada or the US only is our way of supporting and encouraging the next generation of paint and coatings leaders in their pursuit of education. To apply for a scholarship an application must be completed and submitted. Applications can be submitted at any time during the year. All applications are evaluated carefully and the successful candidates are notified at the end of August and December of each year. Note that successful applicants cannot apply again the following year. Only one scholarship is granted per student.

When submitting your application be sure to provide the following documents with your form:

  • A current, official transcript of marks for your graduating year from your secondary school or the most recent year completed at university (if applicable)
  • An official letter of acceptance to a university, if graduating from secondary school
  • Proof of registration from the university you will be attending
