The Conference is held over the course of one and a half days, beginning on Wednesday where CPCA will convene with its Board of Directors Meeting in the afternoon, followed by a Welcome Reception for all guests in the evening. The following day begins with a breakfast taken at guests' leisure, with plenary sessions starting at 9:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. Lunch is served from noon until 1:00 p.m. Renowned keynote speaker at 1:30: Dr.  Schwarcz is the Director of McGill University’s “Office for Science and Society” with a mission to separate sense from nonsense. The event is capped with CPCA's Annual Chair Awards Dinner where attendees enjoy a three-course table d'hôte dinner among colleagues and friends.

The business session and student poster presentation start at 9:00 a.m. with a message from our Chair of the Board of Directors and run until 4:30 p.m.

Our Annual Chair Awards Dinner will take place at the William Gray Hotel. CPCA’s Award Dinner is our opportunity to celebrate the industry’s finest and honour their excellence in coatings innovation, technological advances, regulatory support on EHS, ESG, and Chemicals Management files, and celebrate the achievements of those whose long-standing careers have come to a close.
