Founded in 1990 as Inortech-Chimie, EMCO-Inortech has been on a multi-decade trajectory of growth and evolution and is currently one of Canada’s leading specialty chemical distributors. The acquisition by EMCO Chemicals USA in 2017 resulted in a change of ownership and name for the company. However, the core values of our organization remain unchanged. Our unwavering commitment and support to our customers form the backbone of our success and we firmly believe that success builds upon success, especially when it is the success of our customers. Unsurprisingly, in 2022, we had our best year ever, and we are confident that 2023 will be even better.
Backed by a very competent sales force, EMCO-Inortech is known to our customers as a solutions provider. We are equipped with a state-of-the-art applications laboratory that includes a technical team with extensive experience and a deep commitment to innovation. Our company supports the supply of advanced performance materials with leading edge know how and expertise in the art of custom formulation and product application. As of late, EMCO-Inortech has formed key partnerships with several new suppliers as we explore advanced technology projects in support of the company’s strategic goals in North America. This enables us to offer high-quality products and innovative technologies that the marketplace perhaps has not yet encountered. Furthermore, we are expanding our laboratory footprint through the addition of personnel and equipment to address the ever-increasing number of customers who are approaching us for assistance with raw material supply and developmental work/technical analysis.
